Registration & Forms
Minor Waiver– If you, or anyone on your team, that is anyone getting into the race vehicle, is 17 or under please have this form notarized prior to the race. You can mail it, email it, or bring it in to registration.
Additional Driver/Rider Form – if you have registered online and need to add or change a driver please fill out form and email to bitd@bitd.com.
Pit Crew Waivers– Anyone that will be in the pit must sign this form.
Volunteer Information
Volunteer Form– Please fill this out and turn it back in before February 5th. You can email or mail it to BITD at bitd@bitd.com.
Volunteer Insurance Form– Please have anyone that you plan to have with you fill this out, and turn it back into BITD.
Contingency
PLEASE Fill out the forms TODAY and email back to BITD@BITD.com before February 8th. We will be packaging them up for you to pick up at Registration. We are going on the honor system so please be Truthful on what you run and the decals you have. Again fill the forms below before October 19th, we will not be taking forms on site and we will NOT have decals.
Expo Vendor Information
All vendors must fill out and submit a Town of Parker Business License. The Vendor Permit Application is what all vendors will need to fill out for any events in the Town of Parker. The Business License Application is for anyone that would prefer to have an annual business license.
Town of Parker Business License/Vendor Permit Fees:
One day Vendor Permit (date[s] must be provided)- $10.00 per day.
6 month Vendor Permit (July-December OR January-June)- $40.00 for specified 6 month period.
Local Annual (within 20 mile radius)- $80.00 for July 1st-June 30th of current year.
Non-Local Annual (outside of 20 mile radius)- $225.00 for July 1st-June 30th of current year.
Tracking Information
RacingTrax.com – Register for your tracking unit when registration opens. Same day, on site, registration late fee is $25 Mandatory for all Classes. This is separate from your transponder. You will pick up the unit onsite and they will install it. If you need a bracket order Today so you can install it before the event. This is Mandatory FOR ALL CLASSES!
Hotel and Lodging
Camping at the Main Pit – $15/day – $40 for 3 days – If you have any questions you can contact CRIT Fish & Game 928-669-9285.
Off-road vehicle permit – $25 – for recreation vehicles only, this is not your race vehicle. If you have any questions you can contact CRIT Fish & Game 928-669-9285.
