Track is closed for all pre-running. This is a closed course on BLM land for race weekend only. To pre-run you must take part in the poker run.
- 12:00- 14:00 Stock 170/ Mod 170 and Youth 1000 Tech & Registration- VORRA Trailer
- 13:00- 15:00 Qualifying registration, sign up online to save time! – VORRA Trailer
- 14:45 170/Youth 1000 staging
- 15:00 Stock 170/ Mod 170 30-minute race on Qualifying course est. 3.5 miles
- 15:30 Youth 1000 30-minute race on Qualifying course, est. 3.5 miles
- 16:00 MX and Quad Recon lap
- 16:15 Qualifying Drivers meeting- VORRA Trailer
- 16:30 Qualifying begins
- 18:00- 19:00 MX and Quad Tech and Registration- VORRA Trailer
Important!!!!! For this race, as a test, we will start all vehicles as they qualify, this means, if you are a pro turbo and qualify first OA of all vehicles, you will start first on race day.
Saturday: May 27th

- 07:00 Rider’s meeting- VORRA Trailer
- 07:30 1st Pro bike off the line-
Pros: 4, 55-mile laps
Experts: 3, 55-mile laps
Amateurs: 2, 55- mile laps
6-hour time limit
- 11:00-12:45 Poker Run Sign ups- VORRA Trailer
- 12:00 Plus start time NO MX or Quad to leave start line
- 12:45 Poker Run Drivers meeting – VORRA Trailer
- 13:00 Poker run begins
- 13:30 Plus start time race over for MX and Quad
Poker Run/pre-run, $25 entry per vehicle, receives 1 hand (card). $100 for all non VORRA members. All drivers and riders must sign a liability waiver. Prizes will be given for best hands.
Additional cards $25 Max 2 cards per person
All participants will start in groups
- Group 1 – 13:00 Race cars and trucks
- Group 2 – 13:15 UTV’s
- Group 3 – 13:30 Pre-runners – Handlebars
- Group 4 – 13:45 Stock Vehicles
Note: there is a 35mph speed limit, no passing and no stopping. You may be held at a checkpoint to give a larger gap between vehicles. Unless having a technical or mechanical issue you must not stop. This is about safety. Stay out of the dust. Learn the course!
1st card drawn at the during poker run registration, 2nd card drawn at Checkpoint one, 3rd card drawn at road crossing 1, 4th card drawn at checkpoint 2. 5th & final card drawn at the Joes Tavern.
- 15:00 – 19:00 Tech & Registration location- Joes Tavern. You may drive your race car from the pits to Joes Tavern. Stay on city streets, do not use the highway. Approx. 6.5 miles from main pits. Take Thorne Road, left onto Bonanza Road, straight onto K Street, right on 6th Street, left on D St.
- 19:30 Mandatory drivers meeting- Joes Tavern, DRIVERS MUST ATTEN. Roll call will be taken.
Sunday: May 28th
- 10:00 Awards presentation location – Joes Tavern
