DP4 Racing is proud to announce its return to racing starting July 11th with our newly rescheduled 2020 racing season. With the official green light coming from the Bureau of Land Management this week, its time to get back to what we love!
That is right, we are just 35 days away from Round Two of the 2020 Kenda DP4 Racing Championship; and between our industry partners, extensive group of racers, and support from the City of Ridgecrest, Round Two is primed to be our largest event to date! Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming Round Two, but in the mean time here is what you have to look forward to this year.
Our four remaining rounds will feature a combination of night races and day races. Rounds two and three will be held in the dark starting at 7pm. Rounds 4 and 5 will be day races, and we have a lot of excitement in store for those events. We will be in Ridgecrest only one more time this year, with the July event taking place off of US395, and then we will finally be able to shift our gears over to Johnson Valley with a NEW-TO-DP4 staging area on Soggy Dry Lake for Round Three and our final Night Race of the season.
Round Four will be hosted in Johnson Valley in October as was originally planned to be our finale, which means the Final Round, Round Five will be held in a new SECRET LOCATION and more details will follow on that as they become available.
We know you have all been waiting, but this is finally the good news we have wanted. Racing returns in just 35 days, and it is going to be better than ever! Make sure that your parts are on order, and your equipment is ready to race as we put the covid cancelations behind us and look ahead to a bright and exciting future for DP4 Racing!
