2nd Annual EFX Tires Trail Hero SXS Rally invites YOU to come play at Sand Hollow State Park
The Trail Hero event is a week-long adventure taking place October 6-10th, 2020, which includes guided trail rides for all types of 4-wheel vehicles, hooligan style races and challenges, a rock crawling competition, beach parties, concerts, a golf tournament fundraiser, and more family-fun activities! The event was founded over 5 years ago on the basis of assisting children with special needs and veterans gain access to the amazing sights and enjoyment of off-road. That support continues today, and reaches more people than ever. Participants of the event can enjoy the many scheduled activities, all while feeling good about contributing to the joy of veterans and children attending the same event, as well as others throughout the year.
In the first three years, Trail Hero was available to only Jeeps, buggies, and trucks, but for the second year in a row, UTVs and SXSs have joined in with their own schedule of guided trails. This fact sets Trail Hero apart from all other events as this is the only joint powersports/motorsports event in the Southwest. Thanks to the amazing growth of the event, support from brands across the continent has grown as well. Participants can expect to see their favorite brands and companies including; Optima Batteries, BFGoodrich Tires, EFX Tires, Fuel Wheels, Icon Vehicle Dynamics, Raceline Wheels, PRP Seats, Kraftwerks, Lasernut Racing, Assault Industries, KC HiLiTES, Boxo Tools, Monster Energy and dozens more!
As part of the appeal of the event, Trail Hero draws in interest from personalities of all types. The 2020 occasion also expects attendance from professional athletes and ambassadors like Ken Block, RJ Anderson, Casey Currie, Nick and Chris Isenhouer, Maddie Wedeking, Matt Burroughs, Dustin Jones, the Desert Whips crew, Adrian Orellana, The Cummins Cowgirl, Dune & Destroy and more!
New for this year’s event is the addition of coverage by MAVTV. Final Design Group, the production company capturing content for 6 episodes of a television show on the famed network, will also be producing a live stream of the event to be displayed on social media platforms and on a 40-foot jumbotron. And for the second year, production in conjunction with Amazon Prime Video will take place covering the activities of the EFX Tires Trail Hero SXS Rally.
Concern for events and races taking place amidst COVID this year has been a top matter for all. Rich Klein, Trail Hero Founder, and Keith Hook, Publisher of UTV Sports Magazine, have ensured this event will take place with several back-up plans should the status quo change. With permits, insurance, and media licensing in hand, there is a well thought out and organized plan to adapt if the state of Utah safety guidelines strengthen. Participants can rest assured that not only will Trail Hero staff have their safety in mind while on the trail, but their health as well.
We welcome additional registrants as there are a handful of spots that remain within the limited spots of guided trails. For more information on the event, up-to-date changes, and registration details, please visit trailherosxsrally.com. We look forward to another successful event and sharing our message with our partners, sponsors, ambassadors, registrants, and the millions of individuals following online at @trail.hero and @utvsportsmag.
