Wilwood Disc Brakes Releases Big Brake Kits for Polaris RZR Sport UTV

Wilwood is pleased to launch a new UTV brake product line with a dynamically-mounted rotor and upgraded caliper for the Polaris RZR 1000 side-by-side. Matched front and rear kits with six piston calipers clamp 11.25” (285mm) diameter floating rotors to improve braking for higher-powered UTVs. Kits fit most 15” wheels and larger.

Forged aluminum differential-bore six piston calipers reduce deflection and provide more uniform clamping to increase braking force. Big 11.25” x 0.25” (285mm x 6mm) rotors are nearly 20% greater in diameter for more brake torque and thicker in width for less distortion. Dynamically mounted rotors reduce thermal stress in severe use and prevent piston knockback from rough terrain. High-friction iron alloy rotors are e-coated black to resist rust. Calipers are available in Type III Hard Ano, glossy red or black powder coat, or 22 additional color options (additional charges may apply).
