Unbreakable Performance Lighting

Assault Industries and Baja Designs have teamed up to create an all-new LED Side View Mirror System known as Nighthawk. By essentially combining Assault’s indestructible B2 Bomber mirror with a Baja Designs Squadron Sport LED light, they’ve created a 2-in-1 day and night vision-enhancing device. Rather than having to buy two separate products and two separate mounting solutions, you can cover both needs in style with just one click of the Add To Cart button.
Just like Assault’s B2 Bomber mirrors, the Assault/BD Nighthawk mirror system is constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and is anodized black with brushed stainless steel bezels on the front and back. The guts of a Squadron Sport LED light have been fitted into the billet aluminum mirror body with integrated heat sinks to keep it cool, and is capped off with a 42 degree Wide Cornering Lens. The mirror system is available with 1.75”, 1.875”, or 2” Assault Industries tube clamps, and we chose the 2” as we’d be equipping them on our Honda Talon 1000R.
Paired up with a pair of Squadron Pro LED Driving/Combo lens lights mounted on the HMF IQ Equipment front bumper, the whole system creates an extremely usable light spread for running at speed in the Honda. Even when running the Nighthawk mirror lights with just the Talon’s stock headlights, visibility is increased down the trail as well as infinitely better when you stretch your neck almost 90 degrees to each side. Finding the correct trail at night is now as easy as in the day time. The stainless steel adjustable ball makes it easy to adjust the mirror/light combo as well as protecting the mirror by allowing it to move freely in the event of contact with something on the trail. Luckily the light spread is so wide, aiming the mirrors does little to affect the lights in a noticeable way, and obviously, you have high-quality glass mirrors to see clearly what is behind you.
The complete Nighthawk LED Side View Mirrors are available for $799.99 MSRP, and you can find them now at assaultind.com.
