Seal Savers’ CV Boot & Shock Savers

Anyone that has worked on their own UTV knows that CV grease just plain sucks! No sugar coating that one. The slightest dab on your finger finds its way to your bed sheets then your coffee cup, and virtually everything else you touch in life no matter how many times you scrub your hands. Any way we can avoid contact with it, we’re in! Additionally, with the CV boot being the only component of the axle assembly that is not metal, it is susceptible to ripping, tearing and wearing. What if we told you there was a way to protect that CV boot from nature’s spray of pins and needles and keep that grease where it belongs?

This is where Seal Savers comes into the UTV game swinging. Construction is well thought out with the 5mm outer shark skin sewn to a CR grade neoprene, extreme hold Velcro, and all the way down to the high quality zip ties. You can be assured that the CV Saver will stay in place even with the constant impact of those pesky sticks and stones. 

If you don’t feel the need to run them on the UTV full time, they make a great addition to your tool kit. If a CV boot tears or rips while out on the trail, the Saver makes a great band-aid that will allow you to keep the damage to a minimum while helping to keep all that precious grease inside the CV so it doesn’t fail further. Another valuable product that Seal Savers is producing is the Coil Saver. It is made from the same quality materials as the CV Saver but wraps around the coil spring protecting it and the shock shaft from flying debris as well as abrasive sand spray when riding the dunes. Keeping the shock shaft free of pits and dings means the seal wont get harmed allowing oil to leak out.
